Information we receive
This website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. We do not ask you to type personal details into the site. The information we receive comes from the ways you choose to contact us: phone calls and email.
When you call, we may receive your phone number, your name, your address and the details of the problem you describe. When you email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. A recording can include what you say and the number you called from. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
How we use information
We use what you tell us to arrange plumbing service, to follow up on a visit and to improve how our dispatchers handle calls. We do not sell personal information.
We may share details with the plumber assigned to your job so they can reach you and find your address. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Third-party tools on this site
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show maps from Google Maps. Those services may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads, under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control what they collect.
If we add analytics or call tracking in the future, we will update this policy to name the tool and what it records.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies. Third-party services such as Google Maps may set cookies of their own. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though maps may behave differently.
Your choices

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
