Contact Silver Spring Pro Plumbing
The fastest way to reach a plumber is the phone. The 24/7 line is (717) 349-9373, and a dispatcher answers day and night.
This site takes requests by phone, so there is no online request page to wait on. Email is available for non-urgent questions.
Ways to reach us
Phone: (717) 349-9373, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Email: contact@proplumbingsilverspringpa.com for questions that can wait. Email is not monitored for emergencies, so never use it when water is spraying or a drain is backing up.

What to tell the dispatcher
A few details help the plumber arrive prepared.
- Your street address, nearest main road and the ZIP printed on your mail.
- What you see or hear: spraying water, a gurgling drain, no hot water or a bad smell.
- Whether water is still running and whether you have found the main shutoff valve.
- Whether the home uses public water and sewer or a private well and septic.
- Any access issue, such as a locked gate, a basement door or a pet.
Emergencies and safety
If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside. For fire, injury or electrical danger near water, call 911. Call our line for the plumbing problem once everyone is safe.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
Service hours
The line answers 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Same-day appointments are offered when available for work that is not an emergency.
